Getting Started

CelerSearch replaces the default WordPress search with instant, typo-tolerant, as-you-type search powered by Meilisearch — for posts, pages, WooCommerce products and orders, with faceted shop filtering and optional AI semantic search.

How it fits together

  1. A Meilisearch engine stores and searches your content. You connect one as a Service.
  2. Indices define what gets indexed (posts, products, orders) and how.
  3. Search areas decide where CelerSearch takes over — site search, autocomplete, the WooCommerce shop, admin screens.

Choose your engine

You need a Meilisearch instance before anything works. Two ways to get one:
