Backups

Every instance page has a Backups tab — encrypted, point-in-time snapshots of your search data. Daily backups are included on all plans.

On-demand backups

Click Back up now to take a backup at any moment — before a big reindex, a plugin change or an engine upgrade.

The backup row shows live progress, and it's safe to leave the page while it runs.

Scheduled backups

Scheduled backups run automatically per the platform's schedule — you don't have to set anything up. Retention applies, so older backups roll off over time.

Restoring a backup

Select a backup and click Restore to bring your instance back to that point in time.
