Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle as the merchant of record. Paddle handles the checkout, so charges on your statement come from Paddle on behalf of CelerSearch.

Plans are billed monthly or yearly — yearly gives you two months free. See Plans for pricing.

Company details & VAT

At checkout you can add your company details and a VAT number.

EU reverse charge

For valid EU VAT IDs, the reverse charge applies automatically — no VAT is added to your invoice.

Invoices

Invoices are available for every charge.

Changing plans

You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. There's no free trial — subscribe on the plan that fits today and move up or down as your document count changes.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Request one from your account at app.celersearch.com.

After a refund, your access to the platform ends. Export anything you need first.
